Tai Chi Chuan Classes

Classes and clothing are very informal, there are no gradings or compulsory competitive aspects to the style, you should wear loose comfortable clothes, and you can train in bare feet although most students prefer to wear trainers.

Classes are split the first hour session catering for those students only interested in the health aspect and a second for those interested in the weapons and martial aspects of the Art.
